BarRaiser uses AI to speed up hiring by scheduling interviews with one of its 800 “subject matter experts” and offering detailed assessment reports to recruiters. It also offers interview templates, auto-scheduling, and data-backed analytics.
So far, the company has conducted 30,000 technical interviews for more than 250 companies worldwide. Based on these interviews, BarRaiser’s proprietary tech uses more than 200 data points to assess candidates and generate a percentile score based on their skills.
The startup will use the fresh funding to expand its presence and hire more engineers and data scientists to meet the demand for its product.
“This financing round will help us expand our reach and make additional investments in tech that helps close the gap between talent and opportunity,” said Avinash Saxena, co-founder and CEO of BarRaiser.
