Commercial robotics firm Pudu Robotics, which develops service and cleaning robots, said on October 29 it had opened a European headquarters in Neuss, Germany.

The facility houses sales, product demonstrations, training, warehousing, and after-sales support as the company expands in the region.

Pudu said it operated in more than 20 European countries.

Over the past two years, markets including Germany, France, and the UK had each posted annual business growth of more than 60%.

The Neuss headquarters is already operating. It adds to Pudu’s existing offices and warehousing network in Germany and the Netherlands.

Pudu said it had nearly 50 sales staff and nearly 40 technical support workers across Europe.
