US data center firm Vertiv opens Singapore AI hub

Vertiv, an Ohio-based supplier of data center power and cooling systems, opened an experience center in Singapore on November 3, letting customers and partners test infrastructure for AI and high-density computing.

The facility includes power systems, liquid cooling, modular data center equipment, and monitoring tools for AI and high-performance computing workloads.

Vertiv said the center is open to customers, channel partners, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

The launch comes as Singapore draws AI infrastructure investment.

Bridge Data Centres is planning up to S$5 billion (US$3.91 billion) in the country, while Digital Realty is targeting nearly S$7 billion (US$5.47 billion) for local projects.

The center also opens as Singapore introduced a national information technology energy efficiency standard for data centers in 2025.
