Quantinuum, a quantum computing company based in Broomfield, Colorado, said on November 6 that third-quarter revenue rose to US$9.1 million, while its GAAP net loss widened to US$118 million.
The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to US$31 million-US$34 million, up from US$28 million-US$32 million.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at US$1.94 billion as of September 30, after Quantinuum received US$1.63 billion in gross proceeds from stock issuance in the first nine months of 2026.
A September 2025 US$600 million raise valued the company at US$10 billion before the funding.
Quantinuum was formed by combining Honeywell Quantum Solutions and Cambridge Quantum.
Quantinuum also said it signed its largest cloud agreement, a multi-year extension with a global financial institution.
The company added that assembly of its Helios system was underway in Singapore before planned commissioning in spring 2027.
It had previously announced plans for a new R&D center and a partnership with Singapore’s National Quantum Office.
