India-based AI-powered startup Two Point O Capital, which finances and deploys clean energy projects for commercial and industrial users, has raised US$10 million in a round led by Transition Venture Capital.

Existing backer Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated.

Founded in 2024, the company said it will use the funding to add battery energy storage systems and expand its work in solar, energy efficiency, and wastewater treatment.

It also plans to target energy- and water-intensive sectors including data centers, automotive, pharma, manufacturing, and healthcare.

The deal brings in a lead investor that described itself as India’s first energy-transition venture fund.
