Nvidia, Abu Dhabi’s MGX to build $9.18b Europe’s AI data center

Nvidia Corporation and MGX, based in Abu Dhabi, have announced plans to build Europe’s largest AI data center campus near Paris.

This project has received support from French state investment firm Bpifrance and AI company Mistral AI.

It will have a capacity of 1.4 gigawatts and involves an investment of €8.5 billion (US$9.18 billion).

Other partners in the project include French conglomerate Bouygues, energy firm EDF Group, and Ecole Polytechnique.
