Revolut completes funding round at $115b valuation

London-based fintech Revolut, which offers digital banking and payments services, said on November 4 it completed a fundraising process that valued the company at US$115 billion.

The round was co-led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates Inc, and Baillie Gifford.

Revolut said its 2025 revenue was US$6 billion, while pretax profit rose to US$2.3 billion.

The valuation is above the US$75 billion valuation disclosed in an earlier fundraising process. A separately announced share sale gave employees liquidity.

Revolut said it launched banks in the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand in 2026. The company also secured banking licenses in France, Colombia, and Argentina.

The announcement follows reports that Revolut was considering a dual listing in New York and London, and had pushed its initial public offering plans to 2028.
