Singtel and Dart launched a five-day cybersecurity training program in Singapore to help enterprise security teams and critical information infrastructure (CII) operators detect and respond to advanced persistent threats in information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) systems.

Dart, a Singapore-based cybersecurity training and consultancy provider, provides hands-on training and consulting services.

The launch follows Singapore’s 2025 disclosure that UNC3886 had targeted critical infrastructure, including the telecommunications sector.

It also comes as CII owners in Singapore are subject to cybersecurity obligations under the Cybersecurity Act and a mandatory code of practice.

The program includes separate IT and OT tracks, along with simulated attack exercises. It costs S$8,000 (US$6,252) per participant. Subsidies may reduce the fee to S$1,000 (US$781) for eligible participants, subject to funding conditions.
