TikTok Shop sees big wins in deal with Tokopedia

TikTok Shop is finally returning to Indonesia via a deal with Tokopedia.

Through the deal, TikTok will acquire a 75% stake in Tokopedia, giving it access to the ecommerce platform’s broad logistics network. The deal also stands to benefit GoTo, allowing it to focus on other verticals like on-demand and financial services.
